Services
Nail care services for New Jersey senior living.
Manicures, pedicures and routine nail maintenance for residents of nursing homes, assisted living, memory care and rehab facilities, delivered in the building by licensed, insured technicians.
What we provide
Six parts of every rotation
Every visit will be staffed by a licensed technician working conservatively, within scope, and at the resident’s pace.
Manicures
Shaping, cuticle care, gentle buffing and polish. Fragrance-light products for sensitive skin.
Pedicures
Trimming, filing, callus softening and thorough foot cleaning, performed seated and fully supported.
Conservative technique
No aggressive cutting or soaking, and visual checks for anything that should be reported to your nursing staff.
Thick and difficult nails
Proper reduction of overgrown and thickened nails that standard clippers can’t manage.
Memory care nail care
Unhurried, low-stimulation sessions for residents who can’t come to a common area or who find change unsettling.
Standing schedules
Weekly, biweekly or monthly rotations through your building, with the same familiar person each time.
Who it’s for
Every type of senior living community.
Nursing homes and rehab facilities
Bedside and in-room care for long-term and short-stay residents, which can be scheduled around therapy and nursing rounds. See nursing home nail care.
Assisted living
Manicures and pedicures in a common area or the resident’s apartment, on the same day each rotation so residents can plan around it. See assisted living nail care.
Memory care
Quiet, low-stimulation visits with the same familiar technician, coordinated with your care staff.
Communities with an in-house salon
Nail care that runs alongside your beauty salon or visiting hairstylist, on your salon day or its own. See nail salon services for nursing homes. We offer nail care only, not hair services.
Families of older adults
If a parent lives in senior living and can no longer manage their own nails, see nail services for the elderly.
Safety and sanitation
Salon licensing standards, practiced in the resident's room.
Infection control is often the first question nursing staff ask. Here is how our technicians will work.
Disinfection between every resident
Reusable implements are cleaned and disinfected in an EPA-registered disinfectant that is tuberculocidal and effective against HIV and Hepatitis B, then stored in a clean closed container.
Single-use where it matters
Files, buffers and wooden sticks are used once and discarded. Nothing porous moves from one resident to the next.
Waterless when appropriate
No shared basins or soaking tubs for at-risk residents. Care is delivered dry or with single-use liners.
We stay in our lane
We are licensed nail technicians, not medical providers. We don't treat wounds, infections or nail disease. Anything of concern goes to your nursing staff or the resident's podiatrist.
How it works
Getting started
Scheduling can usually be arranged after one short call.
Tell us about your community
Size, resident needs, and how often you'd like us on site. A short call should be enough.
We set the rotation
You get a fixed day and time, a resident list, and clear pricing before anything is booked.
Visits begin
Own supplies, own sanitation, in and out without pulling your staff off the floor.
